Colleen spent 15 years as a school teacher, building a career centered around structure, consistency, and helping others grow. Business ownership—especially in the roofing industry—was never part of the plan.
That changed when she learned early in life that starting a family would require IVF and surrogacy. That reality led her to make a decision that would ultimately reshape her future. She wanted to create a life that could support that journey, and that meant stepping beyond the familiarity of the classroom and into something entirely new.

When Colleen joined the business, she wasn’t coming from a construction background. Her husband brought years of hands-on roofing experience, while she brought something just as valuable—organization, leadership, and the ability to build systems.
What she lacked in industry knowledge, she made up for in her ability to create structure and clarity. She helped turn day-to-day operations into something scalable, laying the groundwork for long-term growth.
